If you struggle to have the motivation or clarity to achieve the things you want to, then this free 3 day challenge is for you.

We call this a challenge because it requires you to do something in order to see positive change. So we are challenging you to challenge yourself. HOWEVER, these 3 days are more like an explorative journey.
Unlike other programs that require you to join live Facebook calls if you want the information, LONOF is all about combining self-paced learning with access to a real life facilitator to support you if/when you need it. We give you the information, the tools and some time frames to keep you on track and let you manage your own learning.
Similar to how universities operate, we realise you are here because you want to be. And we trust that if you want to be here it is because you are READY and WILLING to change! You are PREPARED to take this seriously and do the work.
We are also human and appreciate that life is full on demanding at the best of times. Having a support network to encourage you and help you if you feel stuck can make the difference between surviving and struggling – we want you to thrive. So included with this program is access to a private Facebook group where you can liaise with your program instructor and become part of an alumni community.
By the end of these 3 days you will understand the procrastination cycle, figure out your procrastination type & walk away with science backed steps to start ‘doing’ the things you need to so that you can start ‘having’ the things you want in life.
How It Words
In order to access this course you must first become a FREE member. Click HERE to register. Then return to this page to enrol. After you have enrolled you will immediately have access to Day 1 and from that point will have 24 hours to review/complete activities before you can access Day 2 and so on. There is no set start/finish time however once you enrol you only have 3 days to complete the challenge before you will need to re-enrol.
